Connie's family are heartbroken to announce her passing.
At the age of 92, Connie died peacefully in her sleep at Alpine Lodge Care Home.
Attendance to the committal is for immediate family only.
Extended family and friends are invited to the memorial service at Grenoside Crematorium (South Chapel) and refreshments after at The Clock House tearooms.
Please do not wear black.
Donations can be given, in lieu of flowers, with proceeds going to Alpine Lodge Care Home.
