Eirwen passed away peacefully on 10th December at the Princess Royal Hospital, she will be greatly missed by both family and friends. If you are able to join us in celebrating her life, the details are in this invitation. There is also a webcast for those who can't be with us on the day, you will be able to watch Eirwen's service and be with us. Eirwen requested that there is to be No Black worn, Wear what you are comfortable in with a splash of colour!
In lieu of flowers, donations to Marie Curie in Eirwen's memory would be warmly received. You can donate by a donations box at the crematorium, through the link on this invite or directly on their website. The family invite you to join them for refreshments at Heathy Farm straight after the service.
