Simon, a muched loved son and brother, passed away suddenly on 11th March aged 62.
He will be dearly missed by Peter, Sarah and Dave, his extended family, and friends.
Donations maybe made to the Epilepsy Society or to MIND .
There will be a donation box on the flower terrace following on from the service.
