It is with deep sadness we announce that Tom passed away at home on Wednesday 11th March, aged 72.
Tom will be greatly missed by his loving wife Viv, his family and friends and all those that knew him.
Funeral service to be held at Easthampstead Park Crematorium on Thursday 16th April, at 2pm in the Wellington Chapel.
Family flowers only for the funeral please but donations, for those who wish, may be made to Thames Hospice, via the link below, in memory of Tom.
