It is with deep sadness we announce that Jacqueline passed away at Dashwood Manor on Thursday 11th April, aged 67.
Jacqueline will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends and all those that knew her.
Funeral service to be held at Easthampstead Park Crematorium on Monday 29th April, at 2.30pm in the Braccan Chapel.
All flowers welcome or donations, for those who wish, can be made to Alzheimers Society, via the link below, in memory of Jacqueline.
