Sadly Pat passed away at Royal Berkshire Hospital on Thursday 11th April 2024, aged 78 years.
There will be a celebration of Pat's life held at Reading Crematorium South Chapel on Monday 20th May 2024 at 12.15 pm where we will be able to say our goodbyes.
