Fred passed away on 11th April aged 94. He was beloved husband to Doreen, treasured father to Gail, much-loved grandfather to Matthew and Abigail, and a dear father-in-law to Jonathan.
Family flowers only please, but kind donations to the SWFT Charity would be very welcome as a thank you for the wonderful care that Fred received from the Haematology Department and Victoria Ward at Warwick Hospital.
