It is with great sadness that the family announce the sudden passing of Mr Tobias Rhys Parnell, on the 11th May 2025 aged 26 years.
Toby will be hugely missed by his family and friends, and all those who knew and loved him
Donations on the day of the service can be made in Toby's memory to the Critical Care Unit at The Grange University Hospital
