It is with great sadness that the family announce the passing of Mrs Kay Lynette Sage, on the 11th June 2025, aged 76 years
Kay will be hugely missed by her family and friends, and all those who knew and loved her.
Donations on the day of the service can be made in Kay's memory to St David's Hospice
