Patrick Joyce
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Patrick Joyce, a beloved son, brother, father, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend, who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Patrick was the cherished son of Laurence and Maureen. He was a loving brother to Michael, Laurence, and Tom, and a devoted father to his two children, Dylan and Lola, who were the light of his life.
He was fondly regarded as a brother-in-law to Oonagh, Triona, and Maura and will be remembered warmly by Fiona, his former partner and the mother of his children, with whom he shared a lasting bond of family and friendship.
Patrick was a much-loved uncle to Rachel, Shane, Louise, David, Luke, Lewis, Paddy, Lar, who will treasure the memories and moments they shared with him; along with all his aunts, uncles and cousins.
Beyond his family, Patrick was blessed with true and loyal friends Gary, Keith, Martin, and Kevin, Philly, and Dave who stood by his side through the years and will carry his memory in their hearts forever.
Patrick will be remembered for the warmth he brought into every room, the laughter he shared, and the love he gave so freely to those around him.
His presence touched the lives of everyone lucky enough to know him, and his memory will continue to live on through his children, his family, and his friends.
He will be profoundly missed but never forgotten.
Rest in peace, Patrick.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the doctors, nurses, staff at Rennie Grove peace hospice for their compassionate care and support.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Patrick’s memory maybe made to Rennie Grove in gratitude for their wonderful care and support they provided.
For those who wish to pay their last respects to Patrick, visitation has been arranged for Wednesday 5th August, between 10.00am and Noon, at Phillips Funeral Services, 9 Victoria Road, Harpenden AL5 4EB.
