-Mcrae Clifford

With hearts shattered we are sadly announcing the passing of our beloved son Callum, who died at South Tyneside Hospital on Friday 11th September, aged 32.

He was our precious son, loved beyond measures, by his heartbroken parents Gillian and Stephen.

To Sharni his Fiance - he was her safe place and her forever love — the one who made her complete , who she will love for the rest of her days.

To Jade his Daugther - he was the super hero that she didn’t know existed — her brave, wonderful dad, who loved her more than anything in this world.

Callum will be eternally loved and deeply missed by all his loving family and friends.

Donations in memory of Callum to the wonderful staff of the ITU Ward at South Tyneside Hospital. A donation box will be at the crematorium.

Forever loved, never forgotten.
