It is with deep sadness to announce that our beloved Sarah passed away suddenly on Friday 11th October in hospital.
We request that everyone wears bright colours as a reflection of Sarah's personality. All who knew and loved Sarah are welcome to join in celebrating her life.
The family would like family flowers only but donations to. Southampton Hospitals Charity Neonatal unit are welcome as this was something close to Sarah's heart.
If you can't donate on line there will be a donation box on the day of the funeral.
