It is with deep sadness we announce that David passed away at Camberley Manor Care Home on Monday 11th November, aged 76.
David will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends and all those who knew him.
There will be no attended funeral service but donations, for those who wish, can be made to The Lewy Body Society, via the link below in memory of David.
