We are saddenned to announce the passing of Valerie Whatmore, aged 90 yrs, who passed peacefully on Tuesday 11th November.
Valerie, universally known as "Val" to family and friends lived a full and active life as mother, grand mother, great grand mother, teacher, keen gardener, demon bowler, local volunteer and active participant in the social life of Gilliingham and her "jolly" and postive outlook on life will be keening missed by all who knew her.
Val requested that flowers should be family only but donations to the charity NORDDis in Gillingham where Val worked for many years would be gratefully received.
