passed away peacefully at Preston Royal Hospital on 12th March, aged 75.

Herbert, dearly loved cousin and friend will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

A funeral service for Herbert will take place on Friday 28th March, 10:45 at Lytham Park Crematorium.
