Sadly passed away peacefully after a short illness, at York District Hospital, on 12th May. Surrounded by his loving family. Graeme a beloved Husband, Dad, Son, Brother, Grandad, Uncle, Nephew and Friend. A celebration of his life will take place at Maple Park, Thirsk, on Thursday 4th June at 1pm, all welcome.
