Suddenly but peacefully, on Sunday October 12th 2025 at the summit of Ben Cruachan. Brian aged 58, much loved husband to Angela (nee Cathro), beloved dad to Alistair and Stuart, son of Janet and the late John (Ian), brother of Fiona, father-in-law to Jade and Katy, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and dear friend to many. The family would like to thank fellow hillwalkers on the summit, Oban Mountain Rescue Team, local police and HM Coastguard helicopter service for their assistance. Funeral service to be held at Perth Crematorium on Wednesday November 5th 2025 at 11am to which all family and friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only please, however a charitable donation to the Oban Mountain Rescue Team may be made on the day.
