It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Dad, Pete Whittle, on October 12th aged 68 following a brave battle with illness. Only 6 weeks after losing our precious Mum, Sam. Our only comfort is that they are reunited again.
Please join us in celebrating our Dad's life at his service, on Monday November 10th at 11:00am at Waveney Memorial Park & Crematorium, Ellough. Dad loved black, but formal clothing is not mandatory, smart casual dress code is welcome and a splash of red should you wish to wear any colour.
Dad was a bike enthusiast, particularly Harley Davidsons. We would love to reflect his love of bikes by inviting anyone with a bike, to join him on his final journey. Anyone wishing to accompany him on his final ride are invited to assemble at Gordon Barber Funeral Home, 10 Oulton Road, Lowestoft NR32 4QP by 10am, we will be departing at 10:15am.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired for St Elizabeth Hospice, may be given online using the 'make a donation' button on this page, thank you.
Following the service, we will continue to share in memories and celebrate his life back at The Lord Nelson, 63 Bevan Street West, Lowestoft NR32 2AE. Parking is limited on nearby roads and mostly permit holders only. You may wish to pay to park at nearby Clapham Road car park or the train station car park.
We would like to thank everyone for their kindness and generosity, particularly with the Go Fund Me collection, your support has been incredible and we are forever grateful.
