Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family.
Aged 89 Years.
Will friends and family please meet for a Service to celebrate Jacky's life at Sunderland Crematorium on Tuesday January 13th at 10:30am.
Donations, if so desired and in lieu of flowers, will be greatfully accepted by his family on behalf of Cancer Research UK and a donation box will be provided as you leave the crematorium.
Rest in Peace.
