Graham passed away peacefully on 13th June, aged 85 years.
He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
Family flowers only please, however donations if desired for the British Heart Foundation can be left at the service or by clicking on the "Make A Donation" button at the top and bottom of this page.
It has been requested that mourners dress in light coloured clothes rather than black please.
