It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Kevin John Cook at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd on the 13th of June aged 40. Son to Glynis and the late Kevin, Brother to Sarah, Leanne and the late Andrew,Uncle to Katie, Keeley and Sadie, A good friend and huge supporter of Manchester United. Kevin will be remembered fondly by all. A service to celebrate his life will be held on Friday the 10th of July at St Asaph Crematorium, LL17 0LG at 3pm. No flowers please, but donations in his memory will be gratefully received to Alcohol and Substance Misuse Service and to The Wallich Doorstep Project.
