HAZEL EMMA SHAW
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Hazel Emma Shaw, who left us at the age of 95 years on Sunday 13th September 2026.
Hazel will be remembered for her spirit, her devotion to those around her, and the many lives she touched with her warmth and kindness.
Hazel's life was rich with love, laughter, and cherished memories that will remain in our hearts forever.
Mother to Bernice and Kevin, grandmother to Richard and Chloe. Her legacy lives on through her loved ones and friends.
The service will take place on Tuesday 6th October 2026 at 10:30am at the Forest of Dean Crematorium.
The family invites attendees for light refreshments after the service at The Royal British Legion Monmouth Club, 7 St. James Street, Monmouth NP253DL.
