Peter Norman Evans passed away on 13th October 2026.
Thanks from his family to all those who have sent kind words, flowers, and outpourings of love. They have been a great comfort.
The Wake will be held at Pete's local, The Lamb, with food provided by Koyal, his favourite Indian Restaurant across the road. There will be a Visitor's Book where you can leave your details so that we can be in touch about further memorials, such as scattering his ashes under a tree we will be planting.
If you wish to make a donation in memory of Pete, the Education For All Morocco charity was very close to his heart. It was run by his friend Mike, and Pete had actively supported it since 2009. The charity provides boarding facilities for girls in the Moroccan High Atlas mountains, where government boarding facilities are only provided for boys and 50% of girls are currently illiterate.
