It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Jean Burns (nee Woon), after a short illness at Pendleside Hospice on 13th November aged 87 years. Wife of the late Peter Burns and much loved Mum to Maria, Mother-in-law to Mark, Grandma to Matt, Nick and Catherine, partner of Terry and a treasured sister and auntie. Funeral to be held at Burnley Crematorium at 11.30 a.m., and afterwards at Nelson Cricket Club from 12.30pm. Family flowers only – donations gratefully accepted to Pendleside Hospice.
