Jeffrey Paul Grist died at Southmead Hospital on Saturday 13th December 2025 aged 63 years.
A much loved husband to Bernard, he will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
Funeral service to take place in the Waterside Chapel at Westerleigh Crematorium on Monday 19th January.
