We are so very sad to say that our most dear and cherished daughter, Hannah, passed away on the morning of 14th February (Valentines Day) at St George's Hospital, Tooting. Hannah had been in hospital continuously for the last seven months and had battled most bravely with respiratory failure and ongoing mental health issues.
Despite her illness, Hannah lived every day to the full and cherished opportunities to enjoy her favourite foods, listen to music, dance, thrift shop and update her numerous social media channels. She will be sorely missed by both family and friends and will leave a huge chasm in our lives.
Spread your wings darling Hannah-chan, travel well, be happy, at peace, and free from tablets and ventilators!
