We are sad to announce the death of Ken Gray on the 14th March, aged 91 years.
Ken had a wide circle of friends as a lifelong member of the Egham community. He was born in Egham, worked for Clarke's butchers on the High Street from the age of 14 years until retirement and had been a faithful member of St John's Church for many years. He leaves behind a daughter, Janine and son Neil, five grandchildren, three great grandchildren and a sister Carol who will all miss him greatly.
Ken's Service of Thanksgiving will take place
on Tuesday 21st April at 11am
at St John the Baptist Church, Egham, TW20 9HR
All those who knew Ken are warmly invited to attend the service and to join the family in the church Easter Centre, for light refreshments immediately following the service. Please could you let us know if you will be attending the service or refreshments (or both), and any food allergies (for the caterers) by email to Janine at janine.willson@me.com or Neil at nandjgray@hotmail.com.
NB There are planned road and rail crossing closures in Egham on 21 April so please plan your journey and allow extra time for travel.
A short Committal service will take place at Woking Crematorium at 3pm to which friends and family are invited. Please let us know if you would like to be there.
