Sadly Pat passed away unexpectedly at home on Saturday 14th March 2026, aged 87 years.
There will be a celebration of Pat's life held at Reading Crematorium South Chapel on Thursday 9th April 2026 at 11.30 am where we will be able to say our goodbyes.
