It is with deep regret and sorrow the family announce the passing of Penelope Parsons, known fondly as 'Penny' to family and immediate friends. Penny beloved wife of Chris and mother to sons Matthew and Stuart unfortunately passed away on Sunday 14th April 2024, aged 76 in St Peter's Hospital, Chertsey, Surrey.
