Mr (Jack) John Albert Jones passed away peacefully at home on Saturday 14th September aged 86 years. The service is to take place at West Wiltshire Crematorium on Thursday 10th October at 2pm, following on for refreshments at The George, Frome. Donations if desired to Dorothy House.
