It is with deep sadness we announce that Mavis passed away at Jackmans Lodge Residential Care Home on Saturday 14th September, aged 94.
Mavis will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends and all those that knew her.
Funeral service to be held at Woking Crematorium on Monday 7th October, at 1pm.
No flowers for the funeral please but donations, for those who wish, can be made to Alzheimer's Society, via the link below, in memory of Mavis.
