On the 14th September at 7.36am our beloved daughter Emily sadly passed away. A caring and thoughtful young woman and a brilliant mum and will be sadly missed by all. Daughter of Gillian and Andrew. Mother of Jacob,Daisy,Noah and Autumn. Sister and bestfriend of Laura and Alex. Granddaughter of Donald and the late Elizabeth. Niece of Alan,Elaine,Tony and Alison and friends to many . Please Join us to give Emily the send off she deserves .
