Will friends and family please meet for a Service to celebrate Michelle's life at Sunderland Crematorium on Tuesday November 4th at 1:30pm.
Donations, if so desired, will be gratefully accepted by the family on behalf of the Progressive Supranuclear Palsy Association and a donation box will be provided as you leave the Crematorium.
Rest in Peace.
