It is with great sadness that the family of Mr James Neil Houghton announce his passing after a brief illness, on Thursday 14th November, at the age of 88.
Neil passed away peacefully at Winchester Hospice.
He is fondly remembered by his daughters, grandchildren and great grandsons.
