Jay found his peace at Southampton General hospital on the 15th of January.
You are invited to a celebration of his life, where family and friends can share the experience of saying goodbye to the man who was someone unique to us all.
Family flowers only please. There is a link to be able to donate to the Wave Project in Jason's name if you wish to do so, a cause close to his heart. There will also be a donation box on the day of his funeral for the Air Ambulance.
Please wear ANYTHING you like. We all know Jay wasn't a conformist!
If you'd like to share his enthusiasm for bare feet everywhere, go for it....!
