Barbara passed away peacefully in York at the Chocolate Works Care Village.
Barbara loved being a 'York girl' and lived her whole life in York. Barbara loved to travel and make new friends along the way. Never one to be at a loss for words she was loved by all that knew her. Barbara qualified as an auditor later in life and had a successful career amoungst her many achievements. She was a longterm member of the Bridge Club in Bishopthorpe and even cut the grass at the Church a few times. She will be missed but celabrated for her wonderful smile and loving nature.
She is survived by two sons, grandchildren and a great grandchild all living in North America.
