It is with deep sadness we announce that Albert passed away at Dormy House Care Home on Wednesday 15th April, aged 91.
Albert will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends and all those that knew him.
Funeral service to be held at Easthampstead Park Crematorium on Friday 22nd May at 1.30pm, in the Braccan Chapel.
Family flowers only for the funeral please but donations, for those who wish, may be made to Alzheimer's Society, via the link below, in memory of Albert.
