Our beloved father, Bill Phillips, sadly passed away on Wednesday 15th July. He brought joy, kindness, and laughter to all who knew him. A celebration of Dad's life will take place at Edmund Campion Catholic Church on Tuesday 11th August at 10.30am. This will be followed by his committal at Oxford Crematorium at 1pm and a gathering at The Oxford belfrey at 2pm. friends and family are warmly invited.
