Passed away peacefully on 15th September.
A funeral service will be held on Friday 11th October, 12pm at Cardiff and Glamorgan Memorial Park followed by a Thanksgiving Service at Bethel Baptist Llantwit Major.
Family flowers only. Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, would be appreciated for Cancer Research.
