Harry recently passed away peacefully in Bath hospital. After suffering from a stroke like episode back in 2014 he was diagnosed with MELAS, a heriditary condition. Even though he was affected by the stroke he continued to enjoy an active life. He lived on his own in his flat in Salisbury for some years. Over time he suffered from further strokes and seizures which eventually required him to move into a care home. He had been living in Cote House in Chippenham for over a year when he had to have emergency abdominal surgery. He underwent the surgery in Bath hospital but did not fully recover and after some weeks in hospital died on 15th September 2026. He will be greatly missed by his friends and family not least for his quirky out look on life and his sense of humour which was with him to the end.
