Paul ( PK ) sadly passed away suddenly at Stoke Mandeville Hospital on the 15th of October aged 70, surrounded by his family.
He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
Let's take this time to celebrate the wonderful life he had and the memories we made.
Donations to be made to Florence nightingale hospice as Paul received community symptom control support from the Community palliative care clinical nurse specialists team of which his daughter is a part of.
