It is with great sadness that Patrick, Robert and Frances Young wish to advise you that their wife and mother Clare Templeman died on 15th November 2025, following a period of illness.
Clare will be deeply missed by all her family, friends and colleagues.
Instead of flowers, we would ask that you consider making a donation to Royal Trinity Hospice in Clapham, who provided outstanding care for Clare for much of the time that she was ill and were an excellent source of support and advice at a very difficult time.
