Mr William John Dawkins sadly passed away on Saturday 15th November 2025.
Born in 1930, he began his career as a plumber, National Service in the Military Police serving in occupied Berlin and then became a police ‘Bobby’ before moving to Scenes of Crime as a DC.
He is survived by his wife, Jeanne, daughter, Kate, son, John and grandchildren Francesca and Melissa.
