Tony passed away at Brook House Care Home on the 15th December aged 92 years.
He will be sadly missed by his entire family and friends.
Family flowers only please, however donations can be made in lieu of flowers to Alzheimer's Society on the link within this notice or in the donation box on the day of the funeral.
There will be a wake at the Axe & Square after the cremation to which you are all invited and there is a map within this notice if you are unsure of the location
