Passed away peacefully in Ysbyty Gwynedd aged 78 years; Hazel will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.
Funeral service to be held at Bron y Nant Chapel on Tuesday 6th February at 11am followed by Cremation at Colwyn Bay Crematorium.
Donations in Hazel’s memory, if desired, will be gratefully received for the Carers Trust North Wales Crossroads Care Services, Mochdre, Colwyn Bay.
If any friends or family would like to join us after the service at the Crematorium, the family will be hosting a wake at the rear room of the Llandudno Junction Community Club, Victoria Dr, Deganwy, Llandudno Junction LL31 9PG from midday onward.
