Jane sadly passed away on Saturday 16th March, a beloved wife, mother and friend, she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Jane's Funeral shall take place on Thursday 11th April at 12:30 in the Waterside Chapel at Westerleigh Crematorium; all are welcome.
In lieue of flowers, donations can be made in Jane's memory to Dementia UK by following the link above, there will also be a donation box available on the day of her service.
