Carol Ann passed away, surrounded by her loving family in Sunderland Royal Hospital on 16th March.
Beloved wife of the late Allan, treasured mam, nana, great nana, sister and friend.
Would friends and family please meet for a funeral service at St Peter's Church, Monkwearmouth Thursday 17th April at 12.15. Followed by committal at Southwick Cemetery at 1pm.
Family flowers only, donations if so desired in lieu, to MacMillan Cancer Support. A donation box will be available as you leave the church.
