It is with deep sadness we announce that Jacquie passed away at home on Tuesday 16th April, aged 75.
Jacquie will be greatly missed by her loving daughter Amanda, her son-in-law Gareth, her family and friends and all those that knew her.
Funeral service to take place at Easthampstead Park Crematorium on Friday 3rd May at 10.30am, in the Braccan Chapel. Formal wear not required, Jacquie was never one to stand on ceremony. Casual wear is absolutely fine and encouraged.
Family flowers only for the funeral please but donations, for those who wish, can be made to Thames Hospice, via the link below, in memory of Jacquie.
