Peacefully passed away on Saturday 16th May, aged 99 years.
A devoted wife to her late husband William Reginald Hartland, loving mother to Thelma and Ian, mother-in-law to Haydn and Janet cherished grandma to Matthew and Craig, and great-grandma to Carmen, Imogen, Jacob and Maia.
She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
Resting at W. James & Son, Fonmon.
Funeral service to take place on Tuesday 9th June at 10:30am at St Peter’s Church, Rhoose, followed by committal at Barry Crematorium at 12:00 noon.
Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Grace may be made to the Alzheimer’s UK.
