Mrs Jean Anne Cook passed away at Medway Maritime Hospital on the 16th August 2024 aged 61.
Jean will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.
Funeral is to take place on Thursday 12th September 2024, 2pm At The Garden of England Crematorium Bobbing.
